CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s official X account announced that they have arrested a man in Chattanooga, Tenn.
According to ICE, Leyvis Edi Velasquez-Perez was on probation for soliciting a minor, and his rap sheet included a conviction for driving without a license in Walker County, Ga., and a conviction for failing to obey traffic laws in N. Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Velasquez-Perez is from Guatemala and ICE says he entered the U.S. at an unknown location on an unknown date.
ICE will hold him pending removal proceedings.
