CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Chattanooga Zoo is once again hosting its annual Spirits Night event for adults.
The premier 21-plus event will take place Saturday, May 19, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
No children will be allowed.
Throughout the night, adults will have the opportunity to experience animal encounters that typically do not happen during regular zoo hours.
Jake Cash, Communications Director for the Chattanooga Zoo, says guests will get a unique behind-the-scenes experience.
“We’ll do a lot of cool animal ambassador meet-and-greets, so you’ll get to see some animals up close that you don’t normally get to see this close, like the Aldabra tortoises. We’ll bring out the porcupines and some of those behind-the-scenes animals as well, which is a lot of fun,” Cash said.
The event will also feature live music, dancing, food, and an open bar.
Tickets for the event tend to sell quickly.
