CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The 4 Bridges Arts Festival returned this weekend as one of the region’s premier visual arts events, drawing large crowds and artists from across the country.
More than 140 artists took part, showcasing a wide range of work including painting, sculpture, photography, and mixed media.
The festival has earned recognition as one of the top fine art events in the country, known for its high-quality artwork and strong attendance.
A key part of the weekend is the Emerging Artist Program, which helps newer artists gain real-world experience at a major festival.
Participants receive mentorship, guidance on professional presentation, and the opportunity to exhibit alongside more established artists.
The program is designed to bridge the gap between emerging talent and the professional art world, giving artists a first look at what it takes to succeed in large-scale festivals.
The event continues to grow as a major cultural showcase, blending experienced artists with the next generation of creators in one space.
