Vincent Oakes and Sawyer Kennedy join News 12’s Amelia Greer as the Chattanooga Boys Choir gets ready to host a special community event next Tuesday, Sept. 9.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Sing your heart out with the Chattanooga Boys Choir “Community Sing” event!
The choir typically hosts kids from over 40 different schools in the area, ages 8-18. Now, they’re inviting the entire community to come and participate in their “Community Sing” starting at 5:30 Tuesday at the Second Presbyterian Church located on 700 Pine Street!
No experience or preparation is required to participate. Artistic Director Vincent Oakes will teach, rehearse, and record participates singing “We Shall Overcome.”
