Kevin Lusk with Project Access and Joel Henderson with Volunteers in Medicine join News 12’s Amelia Greer to preview a special fundraiser between the two organizations. ‘Golf for Good’ offers patients and physicians alike the opportunity to enjoy time on the golf course — all for a good cause.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Project Access and Volunteers in Medicine are collaborating together for the annual “Golf for Good” fundraiser.
Volunteers in Medicine is a non-profit and a medical clinic where volunteer physicians, nurses, and a medical team dedicate their time to take care of our community who are uninsured and need healthcare.
“Golf for Good” is a fundraiser to aid in covering the cost of treatment so both non-profits can continue their work for the community. The event will be taking over Brown Acres to let medical professionals and donors have fun!
The morning spots are filled up with only a few left for the evening! Sign up now! To learn more about “Golf for Good” and to register, visit the Volunteers in Medicine website.
