MCMINN COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — A man has been arrested in McMinn County after a string of alleged vehicle and property thefts.
In the early afternoon hours of Monday, July 21, 2025, the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) asked the public for help in locating the suspect, Dustin Cody Miller.
MCSO said he was last seen near the Decatur/McMinn County line.
The vehicle thefts included vehicles that were unsecured with the keys inside.
Around 3:00 p.m., McMinn County Sheriff Joe Guy posted on Facebook that Miller was in custody after several back and forth pursuits.
Miller is wanted on multiple vehicle and property theft charges in several counties including Meigs and McMinn.
