CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A new kind of neighborhood broke ground Friday.
Valentina Estates will be Chattanooga’s first micro home community.
Homes will range from five hundred and 20 to eight hundred and 15 square feet in size.
They will be located off of Tunnel Boulevard in Eastdale on Garner Road.
The 42 micro units will start at roughly two hundred and 30 thousand dollars.
