DEKALB COUNTY, Al. (WDEF) — A DeKalb County corrections officer has been arrested following an internal investigation by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO).
On August 27, 2025 the DCSO said as a result of this investigation one jail employee was arrested and another was terminated.
The next day, the DCSO released more information regarding the employees.
The employee who was arrested was corrections officer Evan Blayne Wilborn.
Wilborn is being charged with six counts of Voyeurism.
According to the DCSO, the investigation remains active and ongoing.
Additional charges and arrests may be pending.
