CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – More educational opportunities and the return of their adult after-hours event, Night Life, are making a splash at the Tennessee Aquarium
As kids are heading back to school, families can continue the learning with a membership at the Tennessee Aquarium. If your family visits at least twice a year, it becomes more cost effective to purchase a membership which comes with unlimited visits.
The aquarium is also part of the “Museums for All” program which allows people with temporary assistance benefits to receive $5 tickets by showing their SNAP EBT card or ID.
Educators can start planning their field trips now by visiting the Tennessee Aquarium website.
For the adults, Night Life returns with this year’s theme being “Something Fishy.” During aquarium after hours, the adults only event puts guests on a quest to solve a mystery of thefts happening. The event is on Friday, August 22 and tickets are on sale. Tickets include two complimentary drink tickets, and there are discounts for designated drivers.
The Tennessee Aquarium will have extended hours on Labor Day, 9 A.M. – 6 P.M.
