MURRAY COUNTY, Ga. (WDEF) — A man was arrested as a result of a drug investigation conducted by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).
On Monday, August 4, 2025, MCSO’s Narcotics Division arrested Gary Swinford.
Swinford was found to be in possession of four grams of methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Murray County Detention Center.
Swinford is being charged with the following:
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
- Possession of drug-related objects
