HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — Two more businesses in the area have been cited for selling alcohol to minors.
On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) conducted underage alcohol compliance checks.
These deputies visited 25 stores across Hamilton County.
HCSO stated out of the 25, the two businesses below were found in violation of selling alcohol to minors.
- Doc Market (9546 Hixson Pike)
- Dollar General Store (1231 Sequoyah Access Road)
Clerks at both businesses were cited to court, and the owners of the establishments have been referred to the Beer Board.
HCSO cited two other businesses at the beginning of July for the same reason.
