Why Fred? Well, Jeff felt that every show needs a name, so he called it…Fred. Free Radio Every Day, for lack of a better term. The 10 til Noon slot allows Jeff to stretch out and ask the probing, sometimes troubling questions that have caused mayors to crumble, stars to curse, and made the show a destination for thousands every weekday.
